Technical Account Managers
Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs), who are also Apporetum Solution Architects, are dedicated to maximising the value of Apporetum in your organisation. TAMs serve as your dedicated point of contact and advocate, ensuring your technical needs and business objectives are met effectively and efficiently. They work closely with you to gain a thorough understanding of your business operations, technical requirements, and end-to-end environment. TAMs excel in technically complex ICT environments or when your organisation has limited in-house expertise in Identity and Access Management. TAM services are provided remotely, with on-site visits available by prior arrangement. Our service hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This service is available on a month-to-month engagement basis, with pricing available upon request. Our TAMs provide specialist architectural leadership to ensure your success. Request TAMDedicated Architect
A dedicated Apporetum Architect is assigned to the Customer as a single point of contact for all of their concerns.
Strategic Advisory
TAMs continuously and proactively review customer requirements (emerging and current) and provide expert opinions on best practice, architectural patterns, integrations etc.
Upgrade Support
TAMs provide customers with information of upcoming changes, new features and product roadmap. They will also support customers through their upgrade process.
Escalation Management
TAMs assist in the management of open issues to drive their swift resolution.
Incident Reviews
TAMs regularly review and remediate all open tickets/incidents for their customer.
Proactive Maintenance
