Technical Account Managers

Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are Apporetum Solution Architects who are dedicated to helping you maximise the value of Apporetum in your organisation.

TAMs serve as a dedicated point of contact and advocate for our customers, ensuring that their technical needs and business objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

TAMs work closely with customers to gain a thorough understanding of your business operations, technical needs, and end-to-end environment.
TAMs work well when your ICT environment is technically complex, or when your organisation has very little in house expertise in Identity and Access Management. 

TAM Services are provided remotely (on site where pre-arranged) during 9am-5pm on Mondays through to Fridays (excluding public holidays). This service is available as a monthly by month engagement. Pricing is available on request.

TAMs provide specialist architectural leadership to ensure your success. They are there to provide technical insight, best practices and advice. TAM services include:

Dedicated Architect

A dedicated Apporetum Architect is assigned to the Customer as a single point of contact for all of their concerns.

Strategic Advisory

TAMs continuously and proactively review customer requirements (emerging and current) and provide expert opinions on best practice, architectural patterns, integrations etc. This engagement is designed to ensure our customers meet their business goals.

Upgrade Support

TAMs provide customers with information of upcoming changes, new features and product roadmap. They will also support customers through their upgrade process.

Escalation Management

TAMs assist in the management of open issues to drive their swift resolution.

Incident Reviews

TAMs regularly review and remediate all open tickets/incidents for their customer.
