Upgrade Support
TAMs provide customers with information of upcoming changes, new features and product roadmap. They will also support customers through their upgrade process.
Escalation Management
TAMs assist in the management of open issues to drive their swift resolution.
Incident Reviews
TAMs regularly review and remediate all open tickets/incidents for their customer.
