Apporetum allows you to define granular rules on who can be added to a role within an application. This granularity extends to third parties by grouping the third party by email suffix and only allowing invitations to be sent to approved organisations. We call these third parties, ‘Trusted Partners’.

When configuring the rules for an application, you can define how long someone can remain a member of a role. This means they will be removed automatically after a period of time unless they are recertified to keep the access.
