For an organisation which solely requires the maintenance of their IAM platform. The IAM capability will be operated and enhanced by in-house team.

Maintenance services include:

  • Application of maintenance upgrades and patches as required.

Capability Operations Service

For an organisation which requires the maintenance and operations of their IAM platform.  In this model the IAM tools are complemented with processes and skilled resources required to deliver a fully operational IAM Service to the organisation. There is no requirement for an in-house IAM team.

  • Operational oversight and troubleshooting for workforce identity lifecycle management of accounts.
  • Operational oversight and troubleshooting for workforce automated entitlement management.
  • Operational oversight and troubleshooting of specified Microsoft Entra Services including:
